What Do I Need To Check In?
Guests must have a valid driver's license indicating that they are 21 years of age or older matching the name listed on their reservation along with a credit or debit card from a major banking institution with the same name, the hotel does not accept cash deposits.
What is Your Cancelation Policy?
A deposit (that’s equal to your first night’s stay) will be collected when you make your reservation. Provided your reservation does not fall on a holiday weekend, we will gladly offer a full refund so long as your cancellation request is received by 3 p.m. the day prior to arrival. If less notice is provided, your deposit will be forfeited. We do not refund deposits for holiday weekend bookings and do not offer refunds for early departure.
What Time Is Check-In? What About Check-Out?
You may check in for your reservation any time after 3:00p.m. Our check-out time is 11:00a.m.
Can I Get a Late Check-Out?
Depending on availability, our front desk may be able to arrange a late check-out upon request. However, if your check-out occurs after 2p.m., you will be charged for an additional night. Please plan for a prompt departure to help us accommodate all of our guests. Requests for late check-out must be made prior to 11a.m.
Can I Bring My Pets With Me to Sideways Inn?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay in rooms at the Sideways Inn and must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. No more than two domestic dogs are allowed per room, and each must be 50 lbs. or smaller. To help cover cleanup costs, a one-time non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 will be applied upon check-in. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times (with a max length of 6 feet). They must remain in the care of their owner and may not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and all pet waste must be properly disposed of in a trash or pet waste receptacle. Pets are prohibited from entering resort buildings and amenity areas. Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not allowed. If a guest is not able to keep their pet under control, they must remove them from the premises or risk having the animal taken in by local animal control authorities. Additionally, exotic pets and cats are strictly prohibited. Please be advised that guests should be able to provide proof of their pets’ current vaccinations.
What Is the Vehicle Policy at Sideways Inn?
Complimentary parking is provided for guests on a first come, first serve basis. On-site vehicle maintenance is strictly prohibited.
How Many Guests Are Included in My Room Reservation?
Unless otherwise stated, two adult guests are included in each room rate. Additional guests require a $10 per person, per night charge, unless the guest is under six years of age. Children under the age of six may stay free of charge. Unless otherwise stated, there is a four guest maximum (including children) per room. Any additional visitors must register with our main office.
I Lost An Item. What Do I Do?
Please report any lost or stolen items to the main office immediately. We recommend keeping valuables locked up at all times, management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
When Are Quiet Hours?
At Sideways Inn, quiet hours are 10p.m.–8a.m. Please be courteous to the guests around you. Profanity, violence towards others or staff and/or destruction of property will not be tolerated. Loud, objectionable noise or amplified music is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave and are subject to noise violation fees.
How Do I Connect to Your Free Wi-Fi?
Where Can I Drink My Adult Beverages?
Alcohol may only be consumed in your room, Sideways Lounge, or our pool area. Any beverage consumed in the pool area must be in plastic containers—glass bottles are strictly prohibited. Outside beverages are strictly prohibited at the Sideways Lounge.
What Is Your Smoking Policy?
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms at Sideways Inn and within 25 feet of any building or entrance. Outdoor smoking is permitted in designated locations only. Any violation of our smoking policy may result in a fine of up to $250.
Do You Have Elevator Access?
Sideways Inn does not have elevator access, and it is important to note that all King Premium rooms are located on our second floor. Our staff will work hard to accommodate guests with accessible rooms when requested, but ground floor availability may be limited on high-occupancy weekends and is never guaranteed.
